Inside Sales / Marketing Representative (ISMR)


Job Description:
As an Inside Sales / Marketing Representative (ISMR) you will be selling and marketing IT related products and services to new and existing clients. This is a collaborative sales role that requires the ability to work individually and in a team environment. The ISMR will be expected to create and cultivate business relationships with C-level IT executives and decision makers in the SMB space. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new clients in the SMB market
  • Develop customer relationships and identify sales opportunities
  • Forecast and achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and drive sales strategies at the account level
  • Keep current with industry technologies
  • Participate in company meeting and events
  • Assist in development and execution of marketing campaigns

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years marketing or sales experience in the IT industry and a strong familiarity with solution selling. Candidate should also have a successful history of prospecting new accounts and growing existing accounts. In addition, candidates must be:

  • Self-motivated
  • Eager to succeed
  • Possess strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
  • Superior work ethic
  • Dynamic, positive attitude

Sales Executive


Job Description:
As a Sales Executive you will be selling IT related products and services to new and existing clients. This is a consultative sales role that requires the ability to create and cultivate business relationships with C-level IT executives and decision makers in the SMB space. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years sales experience in the IT industry and a strong familiarity with solution selling. Candidate should also have a successful history of opening new accounts and growing existing accounts. In addition, candidates must be self motivated, eager to succeed and possess strong communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

  • Ability to understand the products, processes and core competencies of A-TRAC
  • Understand all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Broad technical knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure technologies
  • Must be highly organized, self –motivated and energetic
  • Existing book of business is a plus
